How much does it cost to outsource software development to Turkey?
It depends on the scope, the team size and the engagement model. Rates in Turkey are typically lower than in Western Europe or the US. After a short discovery call we send a written estimate: a fixed price for a defined scope, or a monthly rate for a dedicated team.
Which time zone do you work in?
Istanbul time, GMT+3 all year. That is one to two hours ahead of Central Europe, two to three hours ahead of the UK and seven to eight hours ahead of the US East Coast, so we share most of the European working day.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do. All code, designs and documentation we create for you are yours, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you share confidential details.
How quickly can a team start?
Usually within a few weeks of the first call. Our proposal names the team, the plan and a concrete start date, so you can plan around it.
Do you work with companies in Germany, the UK and the US?
Yes, that is who we build for. Our teams work in English, overlap with European business hours and have points of contact in London and Delaware.
What is the difference between nearshore and offshore development?
Nearshore means working with a team in a nearby time zone and culture; offshore means a team far away. Nearshore costs a little more than offshore, but gives you real-time collaboration, easier travel and fewer handovers.
